We are delighted to announce that wines from the Azienda Agricola Inama estate have been highly praised by James Suckling in his 'James Suckling Great Italian Wine Guide' feature in Hong Kong Tatler.
In particular, the Soave Classico Vigneto du Lot 2010 received a highly impressive 94 points, being described as having "Aromas of very ripe apple and tart tatine. Full and rich with layers of tropical fruit and toasted oak". He also judges the wine to be "balanced and long with creamy, dried fruit flavours". He finishes by exclaiming that the wine is "Gorgeous"!
The drive for quality starts in the vineyard, grapes come from only the best site with low yields, and see strict selection when picking. Barrel fermentation is used to give a rich creamy texture and toasty character.
This recently released 2010 vintage is now available and ready to drink.
The Estates' Soave Classico Vigneti di Foscarino 2010 was also praised with a score of 93 points. James described the wine as reminding him of a Mersault in style, having "Wonderful ripe pineapple and mango character on the nose and palate. Full and layered with dried tropical fruits".
